Stanford Refugee Research Project explores ways University can aid refugee crisis

Launched in Aug. 2017, the Stanford Refugee Research Project (SRRP) explores how Stanford can have a positive impact on the refugee crisis in the Middle East. The campus-wide initiative — which focuses on health, education, resettlement, employment and more — comprises a team of Stanford undergraduate and graduate research fellows, a Stanford faculty steering committee and a non-Stanford advisory committee.

Our president, who continues to classify Mexicans as rapists, criminals and drug dealers, who opposes marriage equality, who consistently berates women and presents them as disposable, sexual objects, wants to ensure that no one who enters our country would dare to “oppress Americans of any race, gender, or sexual orientation.” How considerate.
