Women’s soccer breaks Pac-12 win streak with tie

The No. 1 ranked Stanford women’s soccer team (15-0-2, Pac-12 8-0-1) traveled to Washington State (11-5-1, 4-5-1) yesterday to face the Cougars in a match that ended in a 1-1 double overtime draw. The Cardinal’s unbeaten streak marches on, now standing at 39 games since their last defeat. This tie, however, marks the end of their 26 game Pac-12 win streak, which dates back to October of 2016.

Women’s soccer boots the Utes

In a Pac-12 battle last night on Stanford’s campus, No. 1 Stanford women’s soccer (13-0-1, 6-0 Pac-12) defeated Utah (7-6-1, 4-2) by a score of 2-0.

Wearing their pink jerseys in support of National Breast Cancer Awareness month, Stanford extended their unbeaten streak to 36 straight games. The win was their 24th consecutive Pac-12 victory.
