Stanford referenced in Jonathan Martin’s alleged texts to Incognito

A transcript containing over 1,000 text messages reportedly exchanged between former Miami Dolphins offensive linemen Jonathan Martin ’12 and Richie Incognito from October 2012 to November 2013 was published by The Big Lead on Monday, just a few days before the NFL plans to release its findings on the controversial bullying scandal surrounding the two ex-teammates.

Yankey earns unanimous All-American status, Montgomery and Murphy earn consensus recognition

Stanford left guard David Yankey became the eighth unanimous All-American in Stanford history after being selected to all five major All-America first teams. The 6-foot-5, 313-pound senior is the first Stanford player in over three decades to earn consensus All-American status or better for two consecutive years — wide receiver Ken Margerum ’81 won consensus All-American honors during the 1979 and 1980 seasons.
