Allardice Way burglary reported

By

A burglary occurred at a residence on the 800 block of Allardice Way on Thursday night, according to Stanford’s public safety department.

One or more unidentified suspects forced open a second-floor window to gain access to the residence between 7:30 and 9:30 p.m., an AlertSU notification sent to the campus community later that night said.

Jewelry and electronics of unknown value were stolen, and the incident is being investigated, public safety department spokesperson Bill Larson wrote in an email to The Daily.

The alert advised residents to lock doors and windows and report crimes and suspicious activity to authorities.
