Men’s tennis sweeps Cal for first time since 2012

No. 4 Stanford men’s tennis (18-2, 5-1 Pac-12) swept No. 31 California (10-7, 2-3) 4-0 Friday at Taube Family Tennis Stadium, completing the Cardinal’s first regular season sweep of the Bears since 2012. Senior Tom Fawcett and freshman Axel Geller’s doubles win and singles victories helped Stanford maintain its undefeated 9-0 home record and increase its all-time record against the Bears to 94-23.
