Starting this fall, students minoring in Human Biology will no longer be required to take all six Human Biology core classes and instead will be able to select one of three sub-plans: Global Health, Health Policy or Epidemiology.
Lawrence Zaroff, a consulting professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and the Human Biology Program, passed away Monday morning. Zaroff was also a senior research scholar at the Center for Biomedical Ethics.

Stanford student-athletes tend to favour the same majors as the general student body, according to data from the Office of the University Registrar. The most popular major among student-athletes was HumBio, with 69 declared student-athletes, the same major that was most popular among the graduating class of 2012.
