This report covers a selection of incidents from Jan. 27 to Feb. 2 as recorded in the Stanford Department of Public Safety bulletin.

Thursday, Jan. 27

Between 2:10 and 2:15 p.m., an unlocked bike was stolen from outside Mirrielees.

Between 7:20 and 8:45 p.m., an unidentified person made three death threats during a phone call to a resident in ZAP. The person later sent a text message to the resident apologizing for the threats.

Between 8 and 10 p.m., a U-locked bike was stolen from the outside of Castaño.

At 6:30 a.m., an injury car vs. bike collision occurred along Stanford Avenue.

At 6:50 a.m., another person received an injury after a bike vs. fixed object collision occurred in the Tresidder parking lot.

Saturday, Jan. 29

Between 10 a.m. and 2:45 p.m., at the Track House, someone broke the window of a parked rental car and stole a briefcase containing the owner’s personal belongings.

Between 1:30 and 4:45 p.m., unknown suspects broke into car parked at 267 Galvez Street by smashing the front passenger window and opened the trunk with the trunk release. The suspect made away with a computer and other items.

Between 2 p.m. and 12 a.m., a U-locked bike was stolen from the front of 612 Alvarado Row.

Sunday, Jan. 30

At 12:25 a.m., a student walking along Mayfield Avenue was cited and released for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Monday, Jan. 31

Between 9:45 and 11 a.m., unknown suspects smashed a window of a car parked at the intersection of Stanford Avenue and Junipero Serra Drive, stealing a purse.

A non-injury multi-vehicle collision occurred at Bowdoin Street and Pine Hill at 1:39 p.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 1

Between 10 p.m. the previous day and 10 a.m. Feb. 1, a cable locked bike parked in front of Adelfa was stolen.

At 11:05 a.m., a collision with a fixed object resulted in injury at the intersection of Serra Street and Lasuen Mall.

At 10:52 a.m., a non-injury vehicle vs. vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Palm Drive and Palo Road.

At 12:05 p.m., a woman was cited and released at Palo Road and Quarry Road for driving without a license.

Between 12:10 p.m. and 2:50 p.m., an unlocked bike was stolen from the side of Encina Hall facing Hoover Tower.

Between 6:25 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., a woman’s iPod was stolen from her unattended backpack, which was sitting on the upper deck of the water polo pool at Avery Aquatic Center.

Wednesday, Feb. 2

At 2:20 p.m., at Escondido Road and Campus Drive a man was cited and released for driving without a license. His vehicle was also towed.
